Receives and triages incoming calls from the Hospital's main number and provides paging services to hospital staff and emergency notification according to established protocols and procedures to provide high quality customer service to both internal and external customers
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organized under stressful and rapidly changing work patterns.
- Effective decision making skills.
- Previous operator and clerical experience preferred.
- Must be available to train full-time on first shift for 4 weeks.
