The HR Staffing Coordinator provides a wide variety of recruiting support and assists in the daily operation of the recruitment cycle. The HR Staffing Coordinator will also provide recruiting assistance while supporting the candidate experience during the onboarding process. Responsibilities include but, are not limited to the following:


• Responsible for the candidate onboarding experience by answering questions and where necessary, refers candidates to appropriate resources
• Completes post offer checks including background, drug screen, reference and medical clearance.
• Acts as a liaison with HR Service Center to ensure timely and accurate flow of new hire information
• Creates and maintains employee personnel files while ensuring personnel file compliance
• Plans, maintains and executes a variety of recruiting events such as job fairs, open houses, CNA graduations, etc.
• Responsible for identifying target market and executing various sourcing strategies and determining strategy effectiveness
• Assists in the collection, compilation and analysis of various HR metrics, reports and analytics
• Responsible for completing internal employee verifications for transfer requests
• Handles confidential correspondence and other documents as needed
• Responds to, composes and/or edits written materials and or email responses
• Determines eligibility for employee referral program and ensures timely reimbursements are processed

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required

 

Experience:

• 1 – 3 years’ experience in Human Resources role or related field
