MidState Medical Center

MidState Medical Center is a 156-bed acute care hospital based in Meriden with satellite offices in Cheshire, Wallingford and Southington. The current hospital was built in 1998, although its history dates back to the 1800s. Several additions and renovations make it the state-of-the-art facility of today, which offers a spectrum of medical services from emergency care to cardiac care, maternity care to geriatric care, minor care to intensive care and is home to one of Hartford Hospital’s LIFE STAR helicopters.
