Hartford HealthCare's System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization. With the creation of this umbrella organization, we have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.

 

We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team to support the Hartford HeatlhCare Rehabilitation Network. The Rehab Recruiter will perform high volume, full cycle recruitment activities and processes such as sourcing, recruitment, and selection of key internal and external talent for identified needs while maintaining a high level of service and achieving a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. 

 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Partners with hiring managers to plan and implement recruiting strategies for positions as well as to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Understands and communicates the labor market conditions and the impact on availability of talent in the market; proactively adjusting recruiting strategies to ensure hiring goals are achieved.
  • Plans and attends various recruitment functions for the organization including job fairs, open houses, college recruitment fairs and national conferences. 
  • Travels to various local sites as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience required.
  • 5-7 years of recruiting experience strongly preferred. 
  • Clinical recruitment experience in a high volume setting preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and problem solving skills, along with a strong customer service focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment along with successful work in a matrix environment that requires collaboration with HR centers of excellence to achieve results.
  • Experience with high volume Applicant Tracking Systems, e.g Taleo Enterprise, and PeopleSoft is preferred.
