We are currently seeking a Physician Recruiter to join our dynamic Provider Recruitment team. The Recruiter will perform recruitment activities to support the recruitment of critically needed Physicians and Advanced Practitioners (Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) while providing a high level of service to your customer and a positive candidate experience.  Join a highly collaborative, expert team of recruiters working at the top of the industry in an organization that respects and recognizes recruitment talent.

Other responsibilities include:

Partner with leaders to plan and execute recruiting strategies to meet the growing needs of a rapidly expanding health care system.

• Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and strategies to increase the pipeline of high quality physician candidates.
• Ability to understand and communicate the labor market conditions and the impact on availability of talent in the market; proactively adjust recruitment strategies to achieve system growth goals and ensure new recruit success.
• Operate with high degree of critical thinking in the evaluation of candidates to support the selection of the best medical talent.
• Develop market competitive compensation and negotiate offers.
• Plan and deploy recruitment strategies, attend functions for the organization including job fairs, open houses, college recruitment fairs and national conferences.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.  Will provide training to a motivated new graduate
• Minimum of 1 years recruiting experience required or an internship in a recruiting environment.
• Recruitment agency experience highly desired
• Previous sourcing experience using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIN and others is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and problem solving skills
• Demonstrates strong customer service focus.
