Cedar Mountain Commons is a not-for-profit independent and assisted living retirement community, where residents are able to maintain their independence while living in the safety and comfort of a service-rich environment. We are a compassionate, highly trained and certified staff which aims to provide residents with the care they need at the standards they expect.

 

Provides nursing care to the residents of Cedar Mountain Commons through the implementation of established programs and procedures.  In the absence of the Resident Care Director/Supervisor Assisted Living Services Agency, manages the delivery of high quality care to the residents.

 

Qualifications

• State of CT RN license, BSN preferred.

• 2 years experience in home health or community nursing required.
