The RTLS project is an important strategic initiative for BJI. We are uniquely poised and “wired” for success in this project, which has the great potential to understand the intricacies of patient care (following patients through the care pathway) and the details of staffing models (e.g. how many providers are involved in the care, and at which time periods?). The possibilities for understanding our healthcare costs is profound. RTLS has a “data” portion of the equation that is about implementing data analytics tools and linking them to GALILEO.
