The Breast Oncology Triage Nurse (RN)  is a member of the care team who provides quality nursing care for oncology patients, to include performing patient assessments, applying clinical knowledge and judgment, and using decision-making skills to analyze and act on patient care issues. Primary job duties include providing clinical support in the assessment of symptoms, determining symptom acuity and offering information related to symptom management, patient education and care coordination

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• Current Connecticut RN License

Education:
•BSN strongly preferred
•OCN Preferred

Experience:
•Two (2) years of Previous Oncology Nursing experience strongly preferred
