Job Shift: Shift 1
Shift Details: 8am-4:30pm Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

The HR Transaction Coordinator works in conjunction with the Kronos team to ensure the timekeeping functionality is maintained for all by supporting and executing specific transactional processes. Responsibilities include but, are not limited to

  • Executes data entry based on given detailed information.
  • Executes to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. 
  • Demonstrates customer focus and service by consistently clarifying requests to meet customer needs. 
  • Recognizes and communicates trends and themes of issues and opportunities within assigned processes. 
  • Provides feedback and/or recommendations of improvements to key stakeholders and contributes to implementation of approved changes.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 

Experience:

  • One (1)-three (3) years’ experience in Human Resources.  Customer service with data entry role

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented; strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to quickly respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to uphold strict confidentiality of HR information
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Email, Internet, and Excel is required.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills and work in a team environment to share knowledge and influence best practices.
