The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.
With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.


  • Respond to employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and civil rights complaints. Conducts investigations and provides appropriate employee and/or manager guidance with regard to the resolution of such issues. Partner with HR, Legal and the business to implement solutions and/or escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Support HR program and or process implementation. Provide project planning and/or management for programs and or processes in areas related to employee engagement, organizational change, and other ongoing key HR initiatives.
  • Drive operations for managing core HR processes, such as goal setting, performance management and compensation planning. Compile and provide to HR Leader analytics that help enable, monitor and improve core processes.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and other documents and as needed. Respond to, compose and/or edit written materials and or email responses.
  • Provide project support at various levels including those of a complex, cross functional nature.
  • Expedite flow of work; tracking and initiating follow up when necessary. Exercise sound judgment in anticipating priorities and potential conflicts to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills and work in a team environment to share knowledge and influence best practices.
  • Work well with staff located across various sites and with external contacts as needed.
  • Provide clear, accurate and timely communications with all key stakeholders on projects and other areas of responsibility.



  • B.S. Human Resources, Business, or related area required.
  • MBA/Masters Human Resources, Organizational Development or related area preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years- experience successfully operating in a complex organization with a HR shared service model required.
  • Background in human resources including employee relations required.
  • Experience in talent management, organizational effectives and/or change management preferred.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the following competencies; Business Acumen, Communication, Critical Thinking and Evaluation, Execution and Results Orientation, Organizational Effectiveness, Relationship Management, H3W Leadership Behaviors.
