Support day to day operations by preforming administrative tasks and ensuring high quality customer service to our patients.



  • Displays and upholds CHH core values of dignity, compassion, service excellence, community and integrity. Consistently demonstrates caring for patients, for one another, and for the organization they are part of, and contributes to building trust, pride and camaraderie.
  • Audits daily charges for accuracy and compliance
  •  Audits various reports in both Diagnostic Imaging and Cardio Diagnostics to ensure timely submission and accuracy
  • Identifies opportunities for increased charge capture and reports these to the unit manager for correction.
  • Assists manager in denial management and investigation
  • Provides clerical assistance to the unit manager regarding scheduling, financial reports, and denial management.
  • Assists unit manager in acting as a liaison between HIM and Business Office for coding versus charging discrepancies.
  • Assists in forms development & maintains policy, letter, memo & procedure documentation
  • Assists manager in providing written notifications and memos to staff and Physicians
  • Performs reception duties, including registering patients, answering phones & addressing customer requests as needed in both Radiology and Cardio Diagnostics
  • Maintains schedules, agendas and minutes of standing meetings.
  • Orders supplies for various areas
  • Performs schedule entry in Kronos




  • Hands on experience with medical software and MS Office
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations
  • Familiarity with medical and insurance legislation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Customer-oriented communication skills






High School Diploma, certificate in medical administration preferred.



1-2 years medical assistant experience preferred.
