The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.

Summary
The Community Care Center Representative is accountable for the delivery of outstanding customer service through a strong commitment to customer needs with a demonstrated commitment to adhering to service levels, first call resolutions and overall customer satisfactions.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls timely and efficiently to ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
- identifies patient/customer needs, clarifies information, researches issues, triages to appropriate clinical staff and provides solutions when indicated.
- Tracks all incoming calls, along with identifying and reporting findings of patient and customers needs to team lead or manager.
- Assumes other responsibilities including participating in process improvement and quality assurance initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and the unit/team function.
Qualifications
Requirements- High school diploma/GED equivalent or at least 1 year customer service experience required.
- Experience in medical field with knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- EPIC experience preferred.
- Ability to read, speak and write English required, ability to communicate in Spanish highly desirable.
- Ability to function in a high volume, production oriented, time sensitive environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, organization and attention to details.
- Ensure customer information is processed efficiently, accurately and thoroughly.
