Cheshire, CT – Primary Care Physician with a Women’s Health Concentration

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time, Primary Care Physician for a primary care group practice specializing in women’s health.  The practice is situated in the town of Cheshire, CT, about 15 minutes north of New Haven. (06410)

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A passion for providing patient-centered, primary care, focused on quality, prevention and education to predominantly women

  • A willingness to work closely and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team including behavioral health professionals

  • Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license

  • BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine

  • Women’s Health fellowship training, experience or strong interest preferred

Position details:

  • Full- or part-time welcome, weekday schedules

  • Full-time schedule can be 4, 4.5 or 5 weekdays per week

  • No weekends

  • RARE call

  • Clinical support staff includes a highly trained M.A., RN team and an on-site behavioral health professional
