The Hospital of Central Connecticut is an acute-care community teaching hospital, we provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services in general medicine and surgery, as well as a wide variety of specialties. Staffed by our talented team of leading professionals, The Hospital of Central Connecticut provides a wide array of services throughout the region, caring for patients from birth through the end of life.

Responsibilities

Performs a variety of tasks including food preparation, light grill work, tray line, cashiering, dishwashing and pot washing, stocking, cleaning main kitchen and cafeteria, loading van and delivering food items to other facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous food and cash handling experience required.

• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds of food trays.

• Current driver's license with clean driving history.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
